DM Discover – Learning to Do More
At DM, we truly believe that our team is central to our success. We continuously invest in our people and encourage development through training and coaching. Through our internal training programme – DM Discover – we deliver thousands of hours of customised training annually. Using both internal and external resources, we support our teams to develop the necessary analytical and critical thinking skills required in today’s increasingly complex financial landscape.
Professional Qualifications
DM is an accredited training partner of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). We also work closely with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), the Irish Tax Institute (CTA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) and NBA Netherlands supporting students who wish to pursue a qualification with these professional bodies.

Work Life Balance
At DM, we work hard for our clients – but we also strive hard to deliver a healthy life balance. We have a great Sports & Social group who organise fun events for the team. We regularly host quizzes, table tennis and pool tournaments – but be warned, we are a competitive bunch! We enjoy social activities such as tag rugby, escape rooms, race days and our annual barbeques – to name a few. We provide fruit, breakfast treats, tea, and coffees – and even ice creams on hot Friday afternoons. Lunches and smaller team events are regular occurrences too.
